Many builders rely on Lin Crabtree’s market assessment to mitigate the risk involved building high end homes on speculation. This analysis is based on present value formulas required to insure that the builder at the completion of construction will have an opportunity to realize his projected margins. Lin makes this complex assessment appear routine to both the builder and potential buyers looking to protect their investment.
One of these builders recommended Lin to me approximately six years ago to identify a property in Somerset County N.J. with some unique requirements. My first meeting with Lin was through the referral of my sister. I moved from Arizona to Basking Ridge looking to purchase a Condo. Lin had forwarded me countless multiple listings through e-mails and drove me to view several condos. Finally, we found my new home.
